“Game? Okay, then. The person who has the most numbers at the end of the night gets to choose what we do over the weekend whilst the looser foots the bill.”
Loki grinned as she stuck the number down her top. Okay... well he definitely wasn't going there. That was just creepy on so many different levels it barely bore mentioning! He nodded at the idea of the game. Enjoying it already even though she had only just though about it. He was already planning ideas for the weekend. Shopping and Spa! Two of his favourite things. Sometimes Roxi pointed out the fact that Loki could be more of a woman than her. He loved shopping and he really loved being pampered. What more could you ask for really.
“Game on! And I’m already ahead!”
He grinned and offered a hand to shake with her. Enjoying the idea of the game. This bare was definitely a loss for him but the bar manager had been glancing over at their table a few times and Loki had generally been ignoring the man. Bow he might actually pay some attention back so he could catch up with the game.
“Totally game on! I am already planning on what we are doing the weekend and it is going to be brilliant! I will even section in some time for us to vist Waterstones... AND Borders! So you can't even complain to me!”
Loki grabbed another one of the slushies... these things where seriously... seriously addictive. He could drink them all day and night. He was however getting more than a little tipsy now, he was well on his way to the level of Drunkenness that Roxi was trying to maintain. Darn her metabolism and his lack of! It just wasn't good when you could be out drunk by your tiny little sisters who barely came up to your chest! It was just not fair and against all the laws of logic.
“Although If I keep this up I might end up unconscious on the floor. Remind me not to try and keep up with you when it comes to drinking.”
He popped the slushy into his mouth feeling the glass melt practically straight away. His core body temperature taking a jump thanks to al the alcohol raging around his body and melting it faster than the last few. The alcohol then hitting his stomach that much quicker.
“It's just not fair... You're making me look like a pansy ass nancey boy from the universities on freshers week!” He grinned whilst holding on to the table to keep him stable, He might actually have to switch to bears and off the vodka for an hour or two if he was planning on keeping this pace up for the next several hours... Roxi cringed as she thought about everything that Loki would have in store for her; it really didn’t bare thinking about. It would have to be a mammoth stay in Waterstones and Borders for it to even begin to make up for being pampered. She was sure it was the cat in her, but the idea of people fussing over her and painting her nails and giving her a, shudder, massage! It just creeped her out. She’d just have to pray to The Fates that they’d be nice to her today and let her win; it was about time they did something nice.
“Although If I keep this up I might end up unconscious on the floor. Remind me not to try and keep up with you when it comes to drinking. It's just not fair... You're making me look like a pansy ass nancey boy from the universities on freshers week!”
She watched as he popped another glass in his mouth and took a grip of the table trying to stay on his seat, smiling as a plan formulated in her mind. Oh this was just going to be too easy.
”Oh no, you’re not seriously being out drunk by little ol’ me?” She shook her head and downed another two glasses in a row, wooting loudly as she finished. ”That’s pitiful Loki, it really is.” She grinned broadly and downed the last vodka on the table. She looked over to the bar again and grinned to the waitress. ”Keep them coming hunni, we’re all out over here!” She grinned at Loki as the waitress skipped over with another round of drinks. She smiled as the waitress slid them on to the table, then quickly grabbed her arm and pulled her down to kiss her.[/blockquote]

”Oh no, you’re not seriously being out drunk by little ol’ me? That’s pitiful Loki, it really is.” Loki sulked at the mocking... he wasn't used to it this way around. He was the one he did the mocking dammit... darn were metabolism. It really wasn't fair when it came down to it... he was a fire elemental.. he really should have some way of burning off the alcohol... Okay that actually sounded pretty bad now he came to think about it. And it was either his drunk mind but he started to wonder if he was more flammable when he was drunk. That wasn't a safe area to go down.
He was pulled out of his musing by Roxi shouting over towards the bar waitress for more drinks. God at this rate there was a chance he was actually going to loose this challenge. Most likely because he was going to be unconscious at least twice tonight if he kept this pace up. Darn the ice slushies... they where just far too addictive.
The waitress came back over and gave Loki another cursory glance. Okay, they sooo needed to find another bar person soon. This was starting to give him a complex and hurt his ego... okay so no it wasn't... but he needed to get some numbers!
He was about to say something when Roxi managed to nearly knock Loki out of his chair again. Except this time she did it by kissing the bar waitress.
“Okay. I'm happy again now... And I think I might forfeit just to thank you for that little sis.”
Loki grinned and grabbed another of the little slushies into his mouth, glass and all. Not caring about confusing the waitress by this point... he had drunk a lot of alcohol in a very … very small amount of time. [/blockquote]

“Okay. I'm happy again now... And I think I might forfeit just to thank you for that little sis.” Roxi giggled and shook her head. She watched as the waitress went from grinning literally from ear to ear to glancing between them with confusion etched on every feature. Loki putting the whole glass in his mouth didn’t really help matters and she watched wide eyed.
“How can you do that? Is that not freezing?” She eyed Loki apprehensively for a moment, moving closer to Roxi. Roxi looked at him, seeing him through human eyes for the first time that night. Big and scary, check. Appalling flirt, check. Figuratively flexing his muscles by refusing to wear a cloak and putting great big ice glasses in his mouth, check. Yeah, she could see why the waitress would move closer to someone who she is programmed to fear.
She felt a little awkward now with her standing so close to her. Shifting in her seat, she shot Loki a please-help-me look, then sighed in relief as the waitress was called back to the bar. The waitress turned and finger waved to her, before taking a verbal beating from who she assumed to be her boss. Apparently making out with the clientele was frowned upon here.
She looked back to Loki and downed three drinks after another, feeling appallingly sober. She opened the link with Loki wider, tapping into his drunkenness. After a few seconds of that, she giggled and swayed slightly on her seat. Maybe a bit too much … Ah well, damage is done now! She threw another look to Loki, ice glass and all, then shook her head, still giggling. “We may have to go somewhere else soon if you keep freaking out the bar staff.” She grinned and took another glass. Just as she was about to down it, however, she was interrupted by a man walking up to her and asking for a dance. After she refused, repeatedly, she sighed and gave her his number. “For when you change your mind …”She waited for him to move back to his group sat by the bar, then burst out laughing, sliding the number to Loki. “You can have that one, my gift to you. And we are defiantly moving to another bar.” She looked down at the table, then quickly amended. “After this lot. And maybe another round.”[/blockquote]

“How can you do that? Is that not freezing?”
Loki grinned and shrugged at the waitress, he had really drunk way to much alcohol for him to actually care about freaking out the bar waitress... it was actually making him want to do it more, it was fun being the one people edged away from for a change. Usually he had some one trying to stick to him... but this was actually really funny. Plus... she was trying to glue herself to Roxi which was very amusing. Even if she was practically screaming Help-Me! At him, he was close to falling over and laughing some more.
He watched as Roxi practically went from stone cold sober to hammered in around 4 seconds flat, she'd probably underestimated exactly how much and how fast Loki had been drinking.
“We may have to go somewhere else soon if you keep freaking out the bar staff.”
Loki stuck his tongue out at that comment, grinning and shuffling himself in his seat again, he was sitting in a bit of a puddle by this point. He glanced around but no one had vacated their seats. Even though half of the clientèle had swapped and there was a bunch of new people. Most likely due to the temperature.
“It's not my fault I seem to be scary in here...”
He didn't actually have a chance to finish his sentence as another man came up to the table and asked her to dance. He grinned, she was probably hating this a little, Loki found it hilarious and made him feel less guilty about number collecting. ”You can have that one, my gift to you. And we are defiantly moving to another bar. After this lot. And maybe another round.” “Yup. We are sooo going to another bar. This one is starting to get bad for my Ego. [/blockquote]

Roxi felt Loki's amusement at people coming up to her and giving her their numbers and had to restrain herself from pushing him of the chair again. If it weren't for the fact that it'd take a lot of effort to push him out of the arse print he'd made in the seat, she'd have done it, but it was just too much effort for the now hammered Roxi.
“Yup. We are sooo going to another bar. This one is starting to get bad for my Ego."
Roxi groaned as he grinned yet again, obvioulsy enjoying this. "Okay, remind me never to make out with the bar staff again. It is sooo not worth all the agro just to beat you." Even though she was currently ahead of him in the contest, as soon as he sobered up enough to walk stright, he'd be flirting like there was no tomorrow. She was bound to lose; she was up against the master. She downed another drink, this time moving too far back and almost stumbling of her stool. Yeah, she was definatly hammered. She looked at Loki in a don't-say-a-word kind of way, then burst out laughing, not being able to contain herself. She knew that she should probably close the link between her and Loki for a few minutes so that she could sober up, but to be honest this was too much fun. She shot up from her stool, turning to make sure her skirt was dry. When she saw the great wet patch on her backside from the stool, she groaned loudly. "Okay, we're going. I need to dry off and there really is no point in doing so whilst sat on frozen water." She grinned and walked up to the bar to pay, watching in growing horror as the waitress skipped over to her. "I get off in like half hour, you wonna meet up?"She shot a look to Loki and raised her eyebrow. How did he manage to do this on a nightly basis? He must have scores of people stalking him. Though, knowing Loki, she doubted he minded much. She turned back to the waitress and smiled, handing over her card. "Put it on these, not the other card. And sure thing, hun. We're off to Barcode now, apparently it's open mike night and my brother has the most amazing voice. But it only makes an appearance when he's plastered, which, thanks to you and your slushies he now is." She took back both her card and Loki's smiling at the waitress. "Meet us there, you should be able to find us. We'll be the pair making fools of themselves on stage." She winked and turned away, hoping that she didn't actually manage to find them in Barcode. She handed Loki's card back to him and downed the remaining slushie. "Come on, lightweight," She said, patting Loki swiftly on the head and dodging from any retaliation, "We have a Gay Bar to visit!"[/blockquote]

"Come on, lightweight, We have a Gay Bar to visit!"
Loki jumped up from his spot, glancing down at his seat and admiring his handy work whilst letting Roxi think she had gotten away with the patting him on the head. He grinned and dusted himself off even though there was nothing on him and he wasn't even damp from the ice seats. It was more of a reflex reaction that he had a tendency to do every time he stood up no mater what. And as Roxi had danced out of reach from him retaliating she wasn't there to hit him for being neurotic. She got along with his neurosis.. mostly by slapping him whenever he did it.
“Wahay! Although I don't think anything will beat the vodka slushies of this place... I actually want to Dance! I even want to Sing.”
He jumped past her, even though he had drunk a lot his balance was still pretty good so he didn't fall flat on his face. He jumped past Roxi whilst running his hand on one of the tables, practically drenching it in around 2 seconds. He flicked Roxi before bouncing onto the street, laughing his head off.. before stopping and realising he had no idea where on earth this bar was and that he had to wait for Roxi to point him in the right direction... there would be a good many bars tonight before they even considered heading anywhere today … or tonight.. or even in the morning. Cont in Reflections. [/blockquote]
