For many years there had been very little danger and catastrophe in the village of Ravenswood. Soon it grew to a small town, and then a large town, till eventually it became on of the Largest Cities within the realm. Many different races came into the city, some driving others out, and others driving themselves in. It seemed like any ordinary City to any Human… But… Most humans could not see this town, though the City could see the humans. The few humans that could see the City would never dare come near it, for it seemed to be a terrifying place.
Though the City was running well, and things seemed to be fine within itself from the outside, the beings on the inside knew very well what was going on. Not only were there very dangerous parts of the City, but there were even more dangerous people within. Crops of murders kept happening, gangs and cults popped up, the populace kept being kidnapped, and the Local authority (mostly Weres and the like) could do hardly anything to stop it all.
Eventually, things started to settle down, and the crimes started to slow down to an unsteady stop. Though some thought it was a blessing, the Weres and those who worked with them were even more unsettled because of this calm point. There were only a few of the far seeing Magicks who knew what was actually coming, and only around one or two that let the City know, though most of them didn’t believe what they said.
When things started happening as they used to, one far seer went to the only place they could think of to start taking care of the citizens, a Night Club that had opened up to those who were in need, when the officers of the law could do nothing. They gave support and tried their hardest to protect those who came to them.
The seer told of an army of ghosts and skeletons, all with bones and specter not the normal color, but in colors that were as twisted as their beings. Shapes and forms started to appear out of the shadows, making the monsters and those with them start to fear the night. When most of the citizens disappeared from the City, and only a handful were left, it was up to that handful to either save the City from this dark menace, or flee in fright as many others had before.
Those who had courage, stayed to get the City back… Now, those who are still there are doing their best with what they have… But their time is running out, and their numbers are slowly fading down… Which will you do? Stay and fight? Or flee in terror… Know now, that if you flee, you may never see the light of the moon again… If you stay, the same fate may await you as that of if you fled.
Ghosts and ghouls wander around the City, moaning and clanking… There are many dangers about the night now… But if you know what it is that you are doing, then you will survive. It all comes down to the final battle against one of the strongest villains one has ever met and his supporters.
Will you be the ones to save the night from something darker? Will you still be there to see the final moonrise…?
