- Adoptive muscle memory - The ability to replicate any physical action after seeing it performed
- Age transferal - The ability to transfer the aging and life force to and from an object and make the user younger or older
- Dehydration - The ability to remove the water contained in objects or people by force of will
- Elasticity - The ability to stretch, deform, expand, and contract one's body
- Forcefields - The ability to create and manipulate forcefields protecting against physical attack
- Gravitational manipulation - The ability to create gravitational vacuums
- Healing touch - The ability to heal the wounds of others
- Impenetrable skin - The ability of one's skin to not be penetrated by anything
- Invisibility - The ability to not be seen
- Phasing – The ability to pass through solid objects at will
- Plant manipulation - The ability to manupulate and create plants and other vegetation
- Puppet master - The ability to control the motor functions of people and objects
- Rapid cell regeneration - The ability to heal wounds quickly without any scarring
- Super speed - The ability to move at a higher rate than normal
- Teleportation - The ability to instantly move between two locations
Mental Powers
- Ability replication - The ability to replicate one ability at a time through physical contact
- Animal control - The ability to control and communicate with animals
- Clairvoyance - The ability to see distant people and things
- Danger sensing - The ability to sense danger
- Dream manipulation - The ability to manipulate the dreams of others
- Electronic communication - The ability to intercept, generate, and interpret electronic, digital, and radio transmissions with one's mind
- Empathy - The ability to feel the emotions, thoughts, hopes, desires, and dreams of others
- Forcefields - The ability to create and manipulate forcefields protecting against mental attack
- Illusion - The ability to alter the perceptions of others
- Lie detection - The ability to detect when others lie
- Memory manipulation - The ability to manipulate others' memories, either by creating new memories, altering old memories or wiping out memories all together
- Persuasion - The ability to force others to obey one's spoken commands
- Technopathy - The ability to control and manipulate technology with the mind
- Telekinesis - The ability to move objects with the mind
- Weather control - The ability to control the weather with the mind

- Calming affect on people/Reading

Aria- Direct Air Manipulation

Fuoco- Direct Fire Manipulation

Acqua- Direct Water Manipulation

Scuro- Direct Shadow Manipulation
- Phasing through Walls

Luce - Direct Light Manipulation

- Ability Nullification
Vampyres have one mental ability and one physical ability. Dhampyres have on mental ability and one physical ability. Werewolves have two physical abililties. Werecats have two mental abilities. Elementals have three abilities, which must include at least one from the relevant section.
These are not the only abilities your characters can have. We will, however, need to check any powers that are not on this list.
